By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the Respondent Nos.3 to 11 to decide the Petitioner's representations/complaints dated 26th August 2022 and 4th October 2022 addressed by the Petitioner to the Respondent-Collector. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the District Collector, Sangli has decided both the Petitioner's representations, i.e., representations dated 26th August 2022 and 4th October 2022 on 11th November 2024 and 18th November 2024 respectively. She submits that the said decisions have been communicated to the Petitioner also Gaikwad RD 1/2

10-wp-5296-2022.doc vide letter dated 18th November 2024. By the said communication, the Petitioner has been informed that the District Collector has come to the conclusion that no case was made out.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same, with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Forum/Court.

The Petition is disposed of as not pressed, on the aforesaid terms.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the Petitioner's representations/complaints and as such, all contentions of all the parties are kept open.
