This Civil Application has been filed by the Applicants for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 on record. Respondent No.1 has expired on 17.02.2018 in the interregnum. The names and details of the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 are stated in paragraph No.2 of the Civil Application. There is a delay of months and 20 days in filing the Civil Application. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a' and 'b'. Amendment shall be permitted to the Applicants to carry out the amendment within a period of two weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Copy of the amended cause title shall be served on all the parties by the Applicant.
