Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned A.G.P. 2.

The short grievance made in this Petition is that the Petitioner No.1's proposal for approval of the services of Petitioner No.2 as 'FullTime Teacher', though made on 5th October 2014, is not disposed of by Respondent No.2 till today. In the light of the said grievance, we deem it convenient to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No.2 to decide Petitioners' said proposal dated 5th October 2014, copy of which is annexed to this Petition at Exhibit-H at Page No.34, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of 1/2 WP-1652-16.doc

receipt of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners in accordance with law.
