This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of petitioner No.1 on record. There is a delay of 83 days in filing the present Application. Sufficient cause is made for condonation of delay. 2.
In view thereof, delay is condoned, the order of abatement is set aside and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) & (b).

The petitioners are directed to carry out necessary amendment within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the petition be served upon the learned counsel for the respondents within the same stipulated period. 4.
