In this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the externment order dated 27/09/2019. The period of externment was for one year. The record does not show that any stay was granted to the operation of the externment order in this Petition. The period of externment is already over. Therefore, the Petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this Petition as the Petition has become infructuous. Permission is granted. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn as having rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
