DATE: 30 JANUARY 2015 P.C. :- 1] The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 - contemnors, on instructions, states that the order dated 30 July 2012 shall be withdrawn and the entire matter will be reconsidered in accordance with law as also the previous orders made by this Court in writ petition no. 3449 of 2009 and in contempt petition no. 106 of 2012.

2] The aforesaid statement is statement. The Solapur Municipal Corporation to decide the matter afresh within a period of six weeks from today.
