Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Advocate Mr.Siddharth S. Deshpande submits that he received instructions to appear on behalf of applicant in Civil Application as well as appellant in Second Appeal. He undertakes to file his Vakalatnama within two weeks from today. He submits that he already received no objection from earlier advocate.

This application is preferred by applicant for fixing early date of hearing of Second Appeal No.175 of 2012 on the ground that applicant is Senior Citizen.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as applicant is Senior Citizen, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Hearing of Second Appeal No.175 of 2012 is expedited.

b) Office is directed to place Second Appeal No. 175 of 2012 for final hearing in the weekly board as per its turn in the list of Senior Citizen if it is ready for final hearing.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
