Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 points out that even assuming that the correct date is to be taken into consideration, the Petitioner as of date has already crossed the age of superannuation. 4.

Earlier two occasions also none appeared for the Petitioner. Perhaps the Petitioner has lost his interest in prosecuting this Petition. 5.
