DATE : 3 MARCH 2020 P.C.:- It appears that certain Government servants had approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and they were granted certain reliefs by the Tribunal. The State Government challenged the common order passed in the Original Applications by filing Writ Petitions. The said Writ Petitions were rejected. The present Petitioners have made the representation to the Government to extend the parity. The Petitioners have not approached the Tribunal or the Court for relief in their favour. 2.

Be that as it may, in case the representation of the Petitioner is rejected, the Petitioner will have the cause of action to

16 wp 1994-20.doc challenge the same. Even otherwise, the Petitioner can institute substantive proceedings in the Tribunal as an other option. In view of this position, no further orders are required. 3.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
