After having heard learned Counsel for respective parties, for the reasons recorded in order dated 23rd October 2018 the present Application is allowed on the same terms with condition that Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed and Applicant shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses.
