This interim application is filed for condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the said First Appeal arising out of the order passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi dated 30 March 2024.

With the assistance of the learned Advocate for the applicant, I have perused the application.

The delay has been explained more particularly, in paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 of the application. In my view, the delay has been appropriately explained and a sufficient cause for condoning such delay has been made out. The learned AGP would oppose the application. However, there is no written opposition/reply on record.

Considering the above, in the interest of justice, such delay of 16 days is to be condoned. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs. 5.

Office objections be removed within two weeks of this order being uploaded, after which the appeal would be registered.
