P.C. :- By this Application the Applicant - State seeks leave to file Appeal against the Judgment of the Sessions Judge, Kolhapur, dated 26.8.2014 in Sessions Case No.124 of 2011 acquitting the Respondents/Original Accused Nos.4,5 and 6 of the offence with which they were charge. 2.

We have heard the learned APP and we have also perused the findings recorded by the Trial Court. Upon such perusal, in our opinion, this is a fit case for granting leave. 3.

We accordingly allow this Application and grant leave as prayed for. Appeal filed by the State stands admitted.

Action under Section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure be taken by the Trial Court by issuing bailable warrant for Rs.20,000/- each against the Respondent. The Appeal filed by the State to be heard alongwith Criminal Appeal No.780 of 2014.
