Mr. Pankaj Deokar, learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 7Grampanchayat submits that impugned orders dated 10th December 2025 will be treated as show cause notices to the Petitioners and Petitioners will be heard on those show cause notices. 2.

Grampanchayat to issue notice of hearing to the Petitioners on which date the Petitioners shall remain present. On the date so ixed, Petitioners shall be heard whereafter appropriate orders be passed on the show causes notices in accordance with law. 3.

It is open for the Petitioners to raise all possible defences in reply to the show cause notices.
