The applicants seek restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.21866 of 2022, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections vide order dated 20th February 2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court.

Perused the interim application and reasons stated therein. Sufficient grounds are made out to condone delay and allow present application.

In that view of the matter, interim application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to condition that applicants/petitioners remove office objections within period of

In case of failure to remove office objections within stipulated period, order dated 20th February 2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court shall govern the proceeding. (S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.)
