By order dated 08.01.2019, C.R.A. was dismissed. On the oral application made by Mr. Ashutosh Kulkarni, eviction decree was stayed for a period of 8 weeks subject to the applicant and all adult members using the suit premises giving usual undertaking to this Court in terms of paragraph 27 of that order. In pursuance thereof, applicantSandipan Namdeo Garje has filed undertaking dated 19.01.2019. Ms Helaskar confirms that the said undertaking is in conformity with paragraph 27 of the order dated 08.01.2019. Mr. Hande also confirms the said fact.
