After the matter is heard at some length, learned Counsel for the Petitioner offers on behalf of the Petitioner to submit her explanation to the final show cause notice issued by the Respondent corporation within a period of two weeks from today. As required by the Industrial Court at Kolhapur in its impugned order, the Respondent shall consider the explanation in accordance with the D & A procedure. This order is passed merely on the statement of learned Counsel for the Petitioner without considering the merits and contentions of the rival side. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of.
