By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition no.(iii) imposed by this Court (Coram : N. R. Borkar, J.) vide order dated 1st March, 2023. By the said order, the applicant is directed not to enter limits of Walva, Taluka and District Sangli till conclusion of trial 2.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP, I pass following order:

I.

Application is allowed.

II.

Condition No. (iii) imposed by this Court vide order dated 1st March 2023 is hereby relaxed. III. The applicant is permitted to enter into the limits of Walva Taluka, District Sangli.

IV.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required during this period. 3.
