This Civil Application seeks expeditious hearing of the writ petition. The writ petition is of year 2012. It was admitted on 15 April 2015. There is an interim order pending the hearing and final disposal of the writ petition, as a result of which, the Applicant (original Respondent) is unable to get reinstatement. During the pendency of the petition, the Applicant employee has already reached the age of superannuation. He is not in a position to get terminal benefits, as a result of the same.
