This application is for setting aside the conditional order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) granting time to remove office objections.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the applicant was unable to remove office objections within time, the conditional order operated and the application for condonation of delay 1/2

45.1307.18 cas.docx stood dismissed. He submits that the reasons for not removing office objections within time and the delay in filing the application are explained in the application. He further submits that all the office objections shall be removed within four weeks from today. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondents were not represented in the application for condonation of delay when the conditional order was passed.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing the application is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) subject to learned advocate for the applicant removing all office objections within eight weeks from today. It is clarified that if the office objections are not removed within time as granted, present application will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
