P.C.: Registrar, JudicialI by his order dated 31st March, 2017 granted the Petitioner four weeks' time to remove the office objections, failing which it was observed that the Petition would be disposed of. The Petitioner did not comply with this order and therefore, the Petition was dismissed for default. By making the averments in paragraph 6 of the application, he has explained the circumstances under which objections could not be removed. We find the explanation to be satisfactory. The learned counsel for the Applicant makes a statement that said objections would be removed within a period of four weeks from today. The statement is accepted.
