Rule. Rule made forthwith with consent of the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner amongst other submissions, submits that though the Committee has referred in the judgment that Say has been filed by the Petitioner to the Vigilance report, no Say has been filed.

The Petitioner is a resident of Solapur. Upon receiving the notice, he sought time and no time was granted. The Petitioner be granted an opportunity.

Keeping in view that, the mater involved the social status of the Petitioner, we are inclined to grant one more opportunity to the Petitioner, however Petitioner is also deserved to impose with cost. 4.

In the result, we pass following order.

(a) The impugned order is set aside (b) The matter is relegated before the Committee on condition that the Petitioner deposit cost of Rs. 15,000/- on or before 19/07/2022.

(c) The Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 19/07/2022 and shall file his Say to the Vigilance report on the same day and also deposit the cost.

(d) Committee shall thereafter decide the proceeding after hearing the Petitioner expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner.
