By this application, applicants seek permission to substitute themselves as legal representatives of deceased petitioner, Vilas Sarjerao Shelke, who expired on 23rd August 2024. 3.

The application has been filed on 20th September 2024 and is duly supported by death certificate of deceased petitioner. 4.

In that view of the matter, there is no impediment in
