1] Civil Application is filed by the Applicant, challenging the Judgment and Order dated 08.06.2018 passed by the District Judge, Satara in Civil Miscellaneous Application No.41/2006. 2] Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and perused the Application.

Para 3 of the Application set out the reasons for delay and since I find the explanation to be bonafide and particularly when the delay is minuscule in nature, the same deserve to be condoned. In the wake of above Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
