We have perused the copy of the FIR, same disclose the cognizable offence and rightly so, the offence came to be registered. 2.

The counsel for the applicants submits that considering the nature of allegations in the FIR, it has to be inferred that the necessary ingredients are not satisfied and as such, Court must cause inference. 3.

Learned APP submits that already charge is framed against the applicants after they are chrage-sheeted.
