The order impugned in the present writ petition is passed under Section 77A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, which is appealable under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Hence, keeping all contentions raised in the present writ petition open to be agitated in the statutory appeal, the writ petition stands disposed of.

3.

Period spent in prosecuting the present writ petition shall be considered as one of the factor while deciding the delay condonation application.
