This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No.1 - Hon'ble Revenue Minister to decide the Revision Application, which is subject matter of the present petition, as expeditiously as possible and, preferably within a period of one year from today. 3.

So far as Interim Application is concerned, since Revision Application and Interim Application for stay, which is at page 244 of the petition, is pending for last one year, we request Hon'ble Revenue SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2025.12.24 12:36:23 +0530

Learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, assures that the petitioners will appear before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister on 6th January, 2026 at 2.30 p.m alongwith copy of this order. 5.

Till stay application is decided, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed.
