Present Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant for

bringing the legal heirs of deceased Respondent Nos.2 and 3 on record. Respondent No.2 expired on 16.06.2015 and Respondent No.3 expired on 27.08.2014. There is a delay in filing the Civil Application. Names and details of deceased Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are stated in paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the Civil Application. 3.

I have perused the Civil Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a', 'b' and 'c'. Delay in filing the Civil Application stands condoned. Abatement, if any, against deceased Respondent Nos.2 and 3 stand set aside. Amendment is permitted to be carried out by the Applicant within a period of two weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Copy of the amended cause title shall be served on all the parties by the Applicant.

With the above directions, Civil Application is allowed and disposed.

WRIT PETITION NO. 3441 OF 2015 6.

Mr. Kasar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner would inform the Court that Respondent Nos.7 and 9 have also expired in the interregnum. He would submit that he be permitted to file appropriate Interim Application for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Respondent

Nos.7 and 9 on record. Interim Application shall be filed within a period a period of two weeks from today as per his request. 7.
