By this application, the applicant is seeking continuation of relaxation of condition passed by this Court. 2.

It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been elected as Nagarsevak. Hence, requested to continue the order passed by this Court about relaxation of condition, not to enter in Solapur and Pune District for more four weeks. 3.

Learned APP strongly objected to relax the condition and requested to reject the application.
