The Registry has placed this petition as the petitioners have not complied with order of cost. The learned counsel for the petitioner place on record receipts dated 17.10.2018. The receipts shows that both the petitioners have deposited Rs.10,000/­ each with Tata Memorial Hospital in pursuant of the said order dated 19th September 2018. The payment cost is made within time stipulated under the said order. The receipts are taken on record in the light of above, no further order is required.
