The correct Interim Application number is "Interim Application No.4005 of 2022". After effecting the correction, Interim Application be read as "Interim Application No.4005 of 2022". 3.

Order dated 3rd January, 2023 be corrected accordingly and corrected Order be uploaded on the Official Website of the Bombay High Court.
