Learned AGP fairly submitted that the compensation awarded by the learned Reference Court is very meager amount. Hence, requested to dispose of the appeal.

Learned counsel for the respondent requested to increase the interest amount as it is given at 9%, it should be 15%. He relied on Judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Shree Vijay Cotton & Oil Mils Ltd. Vs. State of Gujarat1. 4.

I have heard both learned counsel. As the appellant is not contesting this matter and she fairly submitted that award amount is very meager amount and requested to dispose of the matter, moreover, respondent-claimant has withdrawn entire award amount, there is no question of granting increased interest and I pass following order:
