Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner challenges the order dated 19.06.2017 and 11.09.2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Panhala, Dist. Kolhapur in Regular Civil Suit No. 67/2009.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Plaintiff has withdrawn the said suit on 18.08.2018. To that effect, he has placed on record a copy of the order dated 18.08.2018 passed below Exhibit- 1 in Regular Civil Suit No. No.67/2009. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
