Heard Mr.S.T.Bhosale, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr.Akshay Shinde, learned Counsel for respondent No.1. 2.

This is an application for bringing heirs and legal representatives of respondent No.3, Kondiba B.Shinde, since deceased, on record. Respondent No.3 died on 18/07/2011 leaving behind respondent No. 3A as the only heir.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) & (d) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main 1/2
