Present application is filed seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.12727 of 2022 by recalling order dated 16 December 2025.

Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant. It is submitted that earlier advocate, who was appearing in this matter before Principal Seat at Bombay, was reluctant to continue appearance after transfer of writ petition to the Circuit Bench at Kolhapur. In the meantime, he gave no-objection certificate for appointment of advocate to appear before Circuit Bench at

Considering reasons as stated in interim application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.
