This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.2, since deceased, on record after condoning delay of 5 years and 26 days in filing Application. Office remark shows that respondents no. 2(a) and 2(g) are served by R.P.A.D. Respondents 2(b) to 2(f), 2(h), are served. However, no reply is filed opposing the application. Respondents no.2(a) to 2(h) have neither entered appearance nor filed reply opposing the application.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), with no order as to costs.
