Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division dated 28th May 2018. Against the said order the petitioner has preferred revision before the Competent Authority, Revenue Department, State of Maharashtra. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the Competent Authority is directed to decide the revision filed by the petitioner expeditiously.

YBG 940­wp­27­19 2] Taking into consideration the facts of the case and the prayer of the petitioner, the Competent Authority, Revenue Department, State of Maharashtra is directed to decide the application filed by the petitioner, a copy of which is at page 35 of the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 12 (twelve) weeks from the date of appearance of petitioner before it. The petitioner shall appear before the competent authority on 21st January 2019 at 3.00 p.m. so as to enable the Authority to fix further schedule of hearing.
