Second Appeal No.4805 of 2019. During the pendency of this Petition the main proceeding i.e. C.S. Second Appeal No.4805 of 2019 has been adjudicated. The fnal order passed in the Second Appeal is the subject matter of challenge before this Court in Writ Petition St. No.94993 of 2020. 1/2
