Both the parties state that the revision application itself has been on board of the Member of Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal on 19th June, 2018 for hearing and final disposal . The statement is accepted. The said revision application itself can be heard finally. 2.

Both the parties have agreed to proceed with the hearing of the said revision application on the date fixed by the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal and would not seek any unnecessary adjournment. The Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal is directed to dispose of the said revision application expeditiously and shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. The 1/2
