The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner, who was proceeded with departmentally as well as in a criminal trial has been acquitted by the criminal trial after his superannuation, however, the benefit of this development has not been given to the petitioner in terms of the monetary dues.

The petitioner will make a representation to the concerned respondents setting out the the reasons for the reliefs which the petitioner seeks. The representation filed by the petitioner will be decided by the Aarti Palkar 1/2
