This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 24th July, 2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur thereby convicting the Applicant for the offences punishable under section 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and fine of Rs.5,000/­, in default, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for six months. 2.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph 5 of the application, the delay of 17 days in filing the appeal deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice.
