This writ petition challenges an order passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal on an application under Section 7(i) of EPF & MP Act, 1952. By the impugned order, the Petitioner herein was directed to deposit 40% of the assessed amount with the Respondent Provident Fund Commissioner. As the amount has been deposited by the Respondent Corporation during the pendency of this writ petition, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such. ( S.C.
