The grievance of the Petitioner in his application dated 09.10.2017 is for seeking expeditious trial in pending cases registered against the Petitioner.

Learned PP submits that there are five cases pending trial against the Petitioner out of which three cases are at Sangli and one case each is at Miraj and Pune. Learned PP submitted a report dated 16.06.2022 in respect of the aforesaid details of the cases pending against the Petitioner. The said report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Prima facie it would not be appropriate to give directions for disposal of all the aforesaid five cases which are pending at three different places. The request of the Petitioner is therefore rejected. The concerned Courts are however directed to expedite the respective

With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
