In this petition, the Petitioner who is the ex-husband of Respondent No. 5 is seeking to challenge the caste validity certificate issued to Respondent No. 5. As rightly pointed out by learned AGP that the Petition is purely out of vendetta arising out of matrimonial discord.

In the light thereof, at the instance of this Petitioner, we are not inclined to exercise writ jurisdiction to examine the correctness of the caste validity certificate issued to Respondent No. 5. 3.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
