2024.08.01 10:36:53 +0530 As per the consent terms 'X', the parties in paragraph 1 of consent terms SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE have agreed to settle the claim for a sum of Rs.47,89,600/-. However, in Sunny Thote

509-FA-1238-2023.doc the paragraph 3 of the order passed by Panel of Lok-Adalat, it is stated that sum of Rs.7,20,000/- is agreed between the parties to be deposited. 3.

After having heard the parties, both the parties agreed that there is typographical error in paragraph 3 in regard to sum to be deposited. The correct figure is Rs.47,89,600/- and not Rs.7,20,000/-. 4.

The order dated 9th December, 2023, is therefore modified and in paragraph 3 in third line in place of Rs.7,20,000/-, the figure of Rs.47,89,600/- is substituted.

Rest of the order remain unaltered. Original order to be corrected accordingly.
