P.C. :- This Application has been sent by the Applicant from Jail praying for his release on bail on the ground that he is suffering from paralysis and HIV. On notice being issued to the Respondent, the learned APP has tendered before us a report which indicates that the Applicant had suffered a paralytic attack earlier and is presently suffering from HIV as well as from epilepsy. In the light of various ailments with which the Applicant is suffering, it would be appropriate to list the Appeal filed by the Applicant for final hearing. We are informed that the paper-book has been received.

We, therefore, dismiss this Application with a directions that the Appeal filed by the Applicant be listed before the Court for final hearing on 27.1.2015 at Serial No.1, subject to any over-night part-heard matters. 3.

Application is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid directions.

Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the Applicant is quantified at Rs.2,000/-.
