Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned APP on instruction submits that pursuant to the order of interim bail dated 31st October, 2023 the applicant was formally arrested and released on bail. The investigation is complete and sanction for prosecution is awaited. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons which weighed with this Court in granting interim bail, I am inclined to make the order of interim bail absolute. Hence, the following order.
