The petitioners have already filed a civil suit for partition pursuant to the leave taken from the learned Minister by an order dated 9th September 2014 passed by the learned Minister of State (Revenue). 2.

Mr.Aiya, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.3, 4, 6 to 10, 11(b) and 17, on instructions, states that the petitioners have filed a civil suit inter alia praying for partition pursuant to the order passed by the learned Minister and thus nothing survives in this writ petition.

Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. All contentions of parties in the said civil suit on merits are kept open.
