Present writ petition takes exception to order passed on an application filed below Exhibit 5 in Regular Civil Suit No.49 of 2012 as well as order dated 6th September 2012 passed by District Court, Khed in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.10 of 2012. 2.

The record indicates that Regular Civil Suit No.49 of 2012 has been dismissed by judgment and order dated 18th August 2015. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
