By this civil application the applicant seeks condonation of 75 days delay in filing the civil application and has prayed for setting aside of the order dated 14th August, 2015, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) dismissing the second appeal for non-removal of the office objections by the applicant.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that all the office objections will be removed within two weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, and in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant 1/2

15-cas181-16 that all the office objections will be removed within two weeks from today,the delay of 75 days in filing the present civil application is condoned. The order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) dated 14th August, 2015 is set aside on the condition that the applicant removes all the office objections within two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. If all the office objections are not removed within the aforesaid period, the order passed today to stand vacated and the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) on 14th August, 2015 to stand restored. 4.

The second appeal is restored to file in aforesaid terms. The civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
