In the above matter, initially an order allowing amendment of the Petition was passed and the amendment was to be carried out within a period of one week from 01.08.2023. Thereafter, on 17.08.2023 the time to carry out amendment was extended by a period of two weeks because the papers in the above Writ Petition were not traceable in the Registry. The Registry has now filed the report dated 25.08.2023 SEPTEMBER 06, 2023 Husen

14 IA-4500-2023.doc wherein it is stated that they are still not able to trace papers of the above Writ Petition.

In these circumstances, leave is granted to the Petitioner to reconstruct the papers and proceedings in the above Writ Petition and after such reconstruction, the amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from date of the reconstruction. 3.
